Absolute fantastic experience. Very Walkable to the highlights of the trip (The Vatican and the Colosseum). Great area for nightlife and dinners

Last week my wife and I enjoyed a four-night stay in Rome. It was our first visit to “the eternal city” and, naturally, we’d dreamed… leggi of staying in a beautiful, charming hotel. Well, as Providence is kind, we were led to a truly remarkable hotel in the wonderful Trastevere neighborhood. “Residenza delle Arti” is a quiet, intimate, elegant and deeply romantic spot – conveniently located to most of Rome’s major (must see) sights. The hotel’s greatest asset is Manager, Urszula, who’s gracious ways and ready care makes one’s stay what can only be described as “perfect”. All in all, our Roman Holiday was simply divine! Omg, we were told that Ursula was a dream host. Everything we heard was understated. She is beyond gracious generous,kind and caring. We have made… leggi a friend for life. We loved everything about our stay. Would return anytime.

Our family of of three had an exceptional stay at Residenza della Arti. We loved the location, found the room clean and the beds comfortable,… leggi and enjoyed the amenities, such as the breakfast. Urszula went above and beyond with her hospitality and did multiple gestures to help us feel welcome, such as a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. The location, in Trastevere, is steps from restaurants, cafes, and gelato — and a short walk to many of the iconic Roman sites. Recommended!

Fantastic experience – very clean and great location. Ursula was also one of the nicest, most energetic and passionate people I’ve ever met. I had… leggi a terribly uncomfortable flight and was in a bad mood but she made me feel very welcome and turned my day around! I highly recommend!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The owner and her son are wonderful, kind, and genuinely caring people who made our stay… leggi truly special. The rooms are very cozy and well-equipped with everything you might need. The way meals are organized is incredibly convenient and thoughtful. The building itself is quite unique, and the elevator is especially memorable! The location is absolutely perfect — there are many restaurants nearby, beautiful churches to explore, and both a bus stop and taxi stand within easy reach. We will definitely come back to this hotel again!

Já ficamos duas vezes na Residenza delle Arti, é muito bem localizado, quartos muito bons e aconchegantes. A recepção no hotel é impecável. A Proprietária… leggi Ursula é muito solicita e querida. Nos sentimos em casa. Recomendo e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Wow, what a wonderful 5 night stay we had. The residence is located in a great area Trastevere, close to all the attractons and loaded… leggi with nice shops and restaurants. Ursula was an amazing host, who along with her son David have such positive energy and are willing to help with anything you need. We had the Francessca room, which was very large and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated that breakfast and snacks were available all day, and it was all based on the honor system. Ursula gave us a nice dicount on our rate for paying with cash, and surprised us on our last night by putting a bottle of wine, cheese, salami, and snacks in our room. It’s little touches like that that set this place apart from anywhere else we stayed. It’s small, with only 5 rooms, so it is very intimate. I highly recommend it, you won’t be sorry.

We stayed for 5 nights while visiting our son who is studying in Rome. It was amazing! Ursula is an incredible host; it’s… leggi like staying with a family member. And the location in Trastevere is perfect, just over the bridge from the center of the Rome. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rome!

Cudowne miejsce z przesympatyczną Panią Urszulą. Lokalizacja idealna do wycieczek i do wieczornych wypadów na jedzenie. Idealnie skomunikowane miejsce, super czyste i pięknie urządzone.

Everything was fantastic. Ursula is a genuine and kind woman who truly wants to make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious,… leggi modern, and the beds were very comfortable. The location could not be better. As someone who has lived in Rome, this location is top tier. If you walk outside you are in the best area of Rome! Thank you Ursula!
